About Pure Rise...

Pure Rise Holdings Limited was established in the 1990s with a primary function as a financial holding company for expanding and investing in the Asian region, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Prior to Pure Rise’s establishment, Lucktie Enterprise operated as a jewelry and accessory manufacturer in Taiwan, catering to numerous well-known brands in the USA, Germany, and Great Britain. In the 1990s, rising production costs in Taiwan prompted us to seek strategic cooperation and investments in China, leading to the founding of Pure Rise.

In the 2000s, Pure Rise established B&L International Co., Ltd., the first legally registered foreign trade company in Shenzhen, China. Leveraging the region's robust manufacturing capabilities and cost advantages, we aimed to deliver superior products and advanced services based on our experience in manufacturing and selling to advanced economies in Europe and America. Simultaneously, to ensure quality production, we invested in several manufacturing firms to enhance competitiveness. Additionally, investments in real estate properties in Shenzhen, Dongguan, and other regions were made to strengthen local investment footholds and secure stable returns. During this period, we also expanded cooperation with European and American clients, participating in and investing in their projects and product expansions in these regions.

By 2018, with the growth of the Southeast Asian consumer market, an increasing number of companies established additional branches in Southeast Asian countries. Pure Rise began researching and understanding the local market conditions, as well as actively participating in local startup investments, especially in Vietnam. Recognizing Vietnam's potential as the future manufacturing core of Southeast Asia and its substantial young consumer population, we firmly believe in Vietnam's startup potential, potentially becoming another Silicon Valley in Southeast Asia.
